I order two products on cod home delivery and they didn't even contact me i was waiting for their call and one product they returned and one is still there yo ship but they are not doing anything and tomorrow I'll get one product in office

I had return an item. They did send me a voucher of rs 2975.

But I was not aware of the valid date. It has already expired. This happened to 2nd time.

So it really looks like daraz has a policy of stealing money if not bought on certain given date. I think the money should be returned to the customer and there shouldn't be any limited time for voucher.

I am sure daraz is looting with their policy.

I would like to grab your attention towards my affiliated client's order, on his behalf, since he only knows the basics of using daraz that he returned because it was a defected piece. But, you didn't accept the return and informed him that it has been shipped back to him, before Fulpati, that is.

But, we have not got any information about the order yet.

So, we need progress report and also the item or it's refund, as soon as possible. If not done so, I may need to inform cyber crime considering this a scam.

I tried to email Daraz customer service but unable to do so getting back postmaster delivery failure status. I was concerned why its taking so much time to send my orders to delivery facility from Daraz distribution center where its already too much long that my orders were sticked at customs of Nepal after they sent it from China!

Should I wait too long more to send things to delivery facility from Distribution facility same as it took Daraz to make clearance at customs???

I thought Daraz too have improved like my shopping experience in Aliexpress but its not??? My bad luck selecting Daraz.

Hey i just send 4 thousang shopping to daraz and they are misbehaving and saying that. They cant send you i told them to keep for one day they give me bad words i have to go legal action now woth you guys

Hi order 11,582 around of items from daraz. My credit card shows it as pending and daraz app shows it still waiting for payment and i do see pay now button. Why is it so confusing?

I ordered some few items from daraz. After 20-30 min my order was cancelled.

The reason being payment unsuccessful in time. But the twist is, it was completed the minute I ordered the items. Daraz policy said it'll return the money till 3 days. It's not returned until now.

It has been 12 days i haven't got my order delivered yet and it says that delivery is failed and when try to get help from coustomer care it only says your order will be delivered soon but I haven't got any defined answer yet that I wanna hear like give me an exact date when will you deliver it and if you can't then just give me my refund .
